We have no predetermined solution in our minds - we couldn’t do valuable objective work if we did. We do not seek to create a dependency on ourselves.

Every strategy and plan we create is focused on finding the best answer to the challenge. We transfer the capability to execute to our clients rather than identify more things for us to do. We were clients ourselves; we hated that model from external consultants and agencies.

Once our assignments come to a conclusion, everyone knows what’s next. Often our clients will ask us who we might recommend for advice or support on specific specialised next steps. We have no financial incentive for this referral.
